This guide is only relevant to the workers from the EU, EEA or Switzerland. If you are from the UK or hold a British passport, please follow the steps here to provide your Right to work documents.
As part of the new Brexit legislation, you need to provide proof of your EU Settlement status in order to continue working legally in the UK from 1st July 2021.

Step 1. Log in to Engage portal
Step 2. You will see a new task to prove your right to work
Step 3. Click on 'Get started'
Step 4. Once you select that you are from the EU, EEA or Switzerland you will need to specify when you moved to the UK - before 1st of January 2021 or after
- Step 4.1. If you moved to the UK before this date - you will need to provide Share Code ID. You can get it by following the steps on the GOV.UK website. This code will be used by your agency to check your right to work in the UK.
- Step 4.2. If you moved to the UK after this date you will be prompted to add a relevant visa together with your other documentation
Step 5. You will then need to follow the usual process of uploading your documents (passport, ID or other)
