How to Request and Upload Worker Documents

Uploading 'Right to work' document

'Right to work' (RTW) documentation is proof that the candidate has all the eligibility to work in the country where they were placed. In the UK it is the responsibility of the employer to verify RTW documents.

Step 1. Log in to Engage portal

Step 2. Navigate to the 'Workers' section and click on the worker's name to access their profile

Requesting worker to upload documents
  1. In the 'Right to work' section click on the 3-line menu and choose 'Request Right to work document'
  2. Select how you would like to send the request (by email and/or text)
Uploading documents for the worker
  1. In the 'Right to work' section click on the 3-line menu and choose 'Add Right to work document'
  2. Make sure to verify the validity of the document before uploading it
  3. Specify the type of document, country and citizenship and enter the details from the document together with a scan 

 

Uploading other documents

Please follow the same steps outlined above making sure you are choosing documents from the correct section

Please note!

No special characters are allowed in the names of the documents
