Our latest release focuses on deepening further aspects of the Engage ecosystem. Specifically, this release focuses on engagement type notifications and worker reports. Please read below for more details.
Engagement type notifications
When creating a new engagement through an Umbrella, from either the point of registration or from the worker profile the following will now occur:
- A link will now automatically be created between the worker and the umbrella company.
- An email notification will inform those at the umbrella company that an engagement type has been created. This will occur if auto-confirmation has been setup.
- If manual confirmation is required, the engagement will then be classed as pending and awaiting confirmation. In this case, a second email will be sent out when the confirmation has occurred.
Please note!
These notifications will be sent to the umbrella companies general admin email, which can be null if it has not been configured.
Worker Engagement reports
We have now created worker engagement reports. These reports can generate CSV files with the following information for a selection of workers.
- Personal details
- Engagement information
- Ok to pay details
- Business verification status
Please note!
Selection can be based on the worker registration date and can also solely feature not 'OK to pay' workers. Up to 1000 workers can be included in a single report.
