How to Edit a Timesheet

  Who can do it?

Anyone at the agency and end-hirer's can do it apart from Timesheet Approver in the latter (you can find out more about roles and privileges here)

Step 1. Log in to Engage portal

Step 2. Navigate to the 'Timesheets' section 

Step 3. Select required timesheet and click 'View details' 

Step 4. From the 3-line menu select 'Edit timesheet'

Step 5. Refine hours as needed:

  • 1 - full-day of work
  • 0.5 - half-day of work
  • 0 - no hours

Step 6. Refine the fixed rate if needed

Step 7. All changes will be reflected in the 'Summary'

Step 8. Once done, click 'Save'
